Telephone bookings can be
made 7 days per week from 10:00 to 20:00 BST.
Telephone and e-mail bookings will be held for up to seven days pending
receipt of the written confirmation and £100 deposit. Sterling
cheques should be made payable to Diane Dickson.
Payment by Visa or Mastercard will require the card number, card expiry
date, and the name and address of the card holder. The balance of rental
is due four (4) weeks prior to arrival unless agreed otherwise. Non
payment of the balance of rental in advance will be deemed to be a cancellation
of the booking. For bookings made less than four weeks in advance, the
total rent is payable on booking. In the event of cancellation, we will
endeavor to re-let. If we are successful your money will be refunded.
If, however, we are unable to re-let, our policy is as follows:
Greater than 28 days notice - Loss of deposit
14 - 28 days notice - 50% of cost
Less than 14 days notice - 100% of cost
You can take out a simple travel / cancellation insurance policy to
cover this.
To ensure that someone is
here to welcome you, we would appreciate your estimated time of arrival.
Check in is available from 14:30.
Please vacate the apartment by 10:30 on your day of departure to allow
us to prepare for the next arrivals. If you are leaving Edinburgh later,
or arriving earlier, we can arrange to look after your luggage.
Please report any damage, breakage or spillage immediately, so that
we have the opportunity to repair or replace the item as quickly as
possible.
